What kind of support does Bryx offer?
Bryx provides 24/7 support. The engineers who built the system are the same people who assist with technical difficulties and questions.
Does Bryx provide any training?
Our products are easy to learn and adopt. We are happy to provide training classes, as needed, for staff and staff trainers at no additional cost.
What kind of backup system does Bryx have?
Bryx utilizes geographically dispersed data centers across the world. If an entire data center is unavailable due to power loss or connectivity issues, traffic will automatically be routed to the nearest data center.
What kind of integrations with CAD are available?
Bryx integrates with all CADs. In all cases, we get data feeds from CAD in one of the following transports: HTTPS, SMTP (Email), File Write > HTTPS (via Bryx Dispatch Courier), and SNPP (Paging). Data sent between devices is encrypted using TLS 1.2 and is encrypted at rest using AES 256.
