Bryx 911 and Bryx Station Alerting form a fully integrated and fully automated alerting and messaging platform. Receiving data directly from the CAD, Bryx 911 sends instant alerts to mobile devices, vehicles, and Bryx Station units. Bryx Station alerts the house with heart-smart tones and lights and text-to-speech audio readouts of job details. 

Integrations with CAD

The Bryx setup process is designed to be fast, convenient, and secure. First, we determine the easiest way for your CAD to send 911 messages to our system. The Bryx System can receive messages from CAD in many different forms including via email, SNPP, and HTTPS. Once the connection is established and we start receiving messages, our backend team builds an interface to turn this data into jobs in the Bryx Cloud Core system, which are instantly distributed to Bryx 911 users and Bryx Station Alerting Systems.

In the cloud

The Bryx Cloud Core System is a cloud-based system that uses servers in data centers spread across the US and Europe. Our alerting system can continue to operate even if one or several of our data centers experience an outage. For example, if a catastrophic event were to hit the US East Coast, the services in the US West Coast, such as California, would still function. Likewise, if there were a US national power outage, the services in Europe would still function.
