Warranties

The Bryx platform uses commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) hardware wherever possible. As such, we structure support contracts so that the customer is responsible for maintaining the COTS components of the system – specifically, the TV/monitors, wiring, and lighting. Bryx Station includes an unlimited warranty for as long as a maintenance agreement is in place between Bryx and your department. If the Bryx Station system fails or malfunctions for any reason whatsoever, Bryx will provide a replacement box free of charge; and whenever possible, the Bryx Station replacement will be shipped overnight with next day delivery.

Technical Support

Bryx performs support activities in-house at our Rochester, New York headquarters. Support staff are available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Typically, between the hours of 6am and 12am, support tickets are addressed within a 3-4 hour window. Between the hours of 12am and 6am, support tickets are typically addressed within a 4-6 hour window.

Support tickets are triaged as they come in, so urgent issues are typically addressed as higher priorities. The engineers who built the Bryx platform are the same engineers who handle all support tickets and calls, so our expertise and knowledge of the system is unrivaled.
