Three Steps to Compliance before January 1
Send your store count
Bryx activates five stores remotely at no charge and sends your store specific instruction sheets.
Evaluate and sign
Security review with your IT team. Responder roster and escalation rules agreed. Twelve month term, monthly billing.
Every New York store live
Activated remotely on your devices. First monthly test logged before January 1. Other states added at the same rate.
Read the Law and Proposed Rule
Not legal advice. Descriptions of the Retail Worker Safety Act and the proposed regulations are Bryx's summary. Each employer and its counsel determine coverage and compliance. The proposed rule may change before it is final.
Pricing and terms. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Launch pricing of $75 per store per month applies to retailers live before January 1, 2027 and is held for three years. Any engagement is subject to a mutually executed subscription agreement, which governs over this page. The five store evaluation carries no fee and no obligation.
Service dependencies. Alert delivery depends on the employers devices, connectivity, and responder availability. Escalation to 911 depends on each public safety answering point's integration and policies, which are outside Bryx's control. Bryx does not guarantee a response by any third party.
Privacy. Location is transmitted only when a button is activated and stops when the incident closes. Activation and location data are retained only for incident records. Bryx security documentation is available for IT review on request.
